Designed and manufactured by the global leader in pumping technology, the Lowara e-XC single stage, double suction centrifugal pump provides a more powerful and efficient solution for a wide range of industrial applications including oil & gas, power generation, general industry, and mining.
It is a configurable single-stage horizontal split-case pump with extensive flow and head coverage and a common in-line configuration for easier installation of new and retrofit pumping systems. You have a choice of construction materials to choose from, ensuring this pumping solution not only meets your demands for performance but also offers best value.
With a top end flow rate of up to 11.400 m3/h and maximum head up to 220 m, the e-XC can easily handle medium and large capacity systems matching the needs of industrial and municipal applications.
e-XC is available in a full range of standard materials, including duplex and super duplex, alongside engineered-to-order options – making it suitable for a wide range of applications in public utilities and industrial markets.
e-XC can run for 100.000 hours (L10) when working in its preferred operating range (POR) before the bearings need to be changed, thanks to its robust design and shorter shaft. That’s up to 3 times longer than any other pump ranges.
Optional temperature and vibration sensors on the bearing bracket make real time measurement available to help predict maintenance needs. optimyzeTM is available as an accessory, preventing pump breakdown and avoiding expensive downtime, thanks to predictive maintenance advice.
With 142 different size options, and hydraulics optimised by computational fluid dynamics calculations, the e-XC range allows you to select the most efficient pump for any duty point up to more than 11.000 m3/h – leading to significant savings both in new systems and when replacing existing pumps.
